The Challenge :

X3 Bar needed to not only amplify their brand but also smash their annual anniversary sale, exceeding previous years’ performance and proving their online dominance. The creative concept was chosen amongst others for its focus on celebrating others and their own fitness achievements. All body types were celebrated and "anointed by their fellow kings". We chose to have a festival location and set to further show off the feats of these kings and queens.

Where did it go? The Media Strategy:

Our agency partner Chamber Media said this: "We didn’t just show up on sale day. Recognizing the power of strategic timing, we launched a multi-platform pre-sale blitz 60 days out. First, we fired up CTV, capturing data and building retargeting audiences. Then, we flooded Facebook with low-CPM engagement campaigns, priming audiences with video views, traffic, and post engagement. We kept Google and YouTube consistently engaged, ensuring X3 Bar stayed top-of-mind. This wasn’t just about conversions; it was about building anticipation and massive retargeting pools. We proved that the days of simple conversion campaigns are over. It’s about strategic pre-engagement, audience building, and understanding the power of every platform objective."
